The 10 questions in the audit

  3. 3Loads are kept close to the body during lifting
  4. 4Awkward reaches, twists and long holds are limited

Equipment and workstation

  1. 5Trolleys, lift tables and hoists are available and work
  2. 6Workstation height can be adjusted or suits the task
  3. 7Floors are even and free of obstructions on routes

  1. 8People are trained in safe lifting
  2. 9Strains and discomfort are reported and followed up
  3. 10Job rotation or breaks are used for repetitive tasks

When to use it

  • Once a month.
  • An auditor or leader answers each question from what they see, hear and read in the area.
  • Each record starts with: Area or task.

How it is scored

The template is built with points per answer and a pass mark of 80. In this library every audit is set to pass at 80 and every inspection at 90. Each submitted audit shows its score and pass or fail, and every No is flagged with its photo and comment.

Change the points or the pass mark after you clone it. How rules and scoring work.
