Text updates from LeanSuite
A plain account of how LeanSuite uses text messages: what we send, how often, what it costs, how to stop, and how we ask for your permission. Use the form to opt in on its own, or tick the same box on any form that asks for your phone number.
Program name and who is texting
The program is LeanSuite, run by LeanSuite.com Corp. (Brampton, Ontario, Canada). Every text names LeanSuite so you know who it is from.
What we text
Only messages about something you asked us for:
- appointment confirmations and reminders for a demo, call or meeting you booked;
- scheduling and follow-up on your request (a demo request, a quote, a template or e-book, a question);
- account or support notices when you are a LeanSuite user.
No marketing texts. If we ever want to send those, we will ask you separately first.
How often
Up to 4 messages a month. Most people get one or two around a booking, then nothing.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for what your carrier charges for texts.
How to stop, and how to get help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You get one confirmation text and then nothing more. Reply HELP for help. To rejoin later, fill in the form on this page again, or reply START and then verify your number on a form.
You can also email support@theleansuite.com or call +1-616-433-6688 with the number you want removed.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program works with the major carriers in the United States and Canada; support can change without notice.
Your number
Mobile numbers and consent records are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Vonage delivers the texts and a verification provider sends the one-time code; both act only on our instructions. The Privacy Policy (Section 4) and the Terms of Service (Section 11) have the full wording. You must be 18 or older to opt in.
How we collect consent
Consent is collected on this website only, never by phone, import or purchase. Every form that asks for a phone number (demo, contact, pricing, partner, small business plan, template and e-book downloads, and this page) shows the same unticked checkbox next to the phone field. Its full text is:
“Yes, LeanSuite (LeanSuite.com Corp.) may text me at this number about my request. Message types: appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling and follow-up on your request, and account or support notices. No marketing texts. Up to 4 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Texting is optional and not a condition of any purchase. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.”
The box is optional and never pre-ticked. Leaving it unticked never blocks the form, the demo, the download or anything else. After ticking it, the visitor proves the number is theirs with a one-time code sent to that number (text or voice call). We record the answer, the version of the consent text, the time and the page, and we text a number only when the box was ticked and the code was entered.
