What happens
One board, taken apart and rebuilt in 30 minutes
One plant, one board, one problem followed from the floor to the tier that can fix it.

The board as it runs today
The volunteer plant shares its daily or tiered meeting board the way the team runs it now: what gets reviewed, who speaks, and what happens to a red.
- Step 2
The rebuild, live
Angad rebuilds the board on screen: the KPIs a Tier 1 huddle needs, actions with an owner and a due date, and what to drop from the meeting.
- Step 3
F-Tag to Tier 2
A problem raised on the floor as an F-Tag is escalated to the Tier 2 board with its history attached, so a red leaves the meeting with an owner instead of coming back next week.
- Step 4
Questions, then your template
Time for your questions, then every attendee gets the tier-board template used in the session to copy for their own plant.

Before the session we ask for a photo or screenshot of your current board and a short call with the person who runs the meeting, so the rebuild starts from how it really works.

Walk us through it live
On the day you explain the meeting in a few minutes; Angad does the rebuild. One plant per session; if more volunteer, we ask the others to the next one.
