What LeanSuite is not
- LeanSuite is not an MES or ERP. It does not run production orders, scheduling, inventory or finance. It runs the improvement system around them, and KPI dashboards can pull data from them.
- LeanSuite is not a CMMS. It works alongside the maintenance system a plant already has; a tag can carry the work-order number from it.
- Vision AI (the AI time and motion study and its video modules) is priced separately. It is not in the 90-day pilot or the small business plan.
- The small business plan is for one facility with up to 25 employees. Larger plants get a facility plan quoted per facility.
Who LeanSuite is for
- Manufacturing plants and multi-site manufacturers that want daily issues, audits, standard work, ideas, kaizen, skills and KPIs in one place.
- The people who run the floor: operators, supervisors, and the continuous improvement and quality teams that support them.
- Small factories with up to 25 employees, through the small business plan, and teams of 25 and under through the free Starter plan (the Idea Management System only).
Product
- Modules
- Daily Issue Management (F-Tags) with tier escalation, Daily Standard Work, audits and checklists built in Lean Creator, Idea Management, Kaizen & Projects (PDCA, DMAIC, A3 or custom methods, including CapEx), Skills Matrix and Job Cover Matrix, Trainings (LMS), KPI Dashboards and Lean Studio boards, Loss & Cost Management, Best Practice sharing, QA Matrix, document management. Use cases
- AI
- Create with AI is included in the facility plan and drafts SOPs from a video, forms, audits and checklists from a description or a file, one-point lessons (OPLs) from before-and-after photos, assessments and full LMS courses, and you edit every draft before it is published; the RCA Agent drafts 5 Whys, 4M1D and fishbone from a problem and attached documents; Vision AI, priced separately, builds time and motion, line balancing, SMED, ergonomic (REBA/RULA) and value stream studies and SMPs from a process video. The AI runs on leading AI models and our own trained algorithms, and customer data is not shared with AI providers to train models. A step QR code opens that step's video in the mobile app for logged-in users. AI video analysis
- KPI data
- scheduled pulls from Excel on SharePoint or OneDrive and Google Sheets, CSV upload with column mapping, manual entry, and embedded Power BI or Looker Studio reports. KPI dashboards
