No. LeanSuite is modular: start with one module, such as Daily Issue Management or Idea Management, to solve a specific problem and prove the ROI, then add modules as your needs grow.
One flat price per facility with unlimited users, so everyone at the facility can use it. Teams of 25 and under can use Idea Management free on the Starter plan, and there are no hidden fees for data storage or standard support.
Anyone with a login: frontline operators who submit ideas or complete checklists on a shared tablet, and managers who review dashboards and approve projects. Pricing is per facility, not per user, so adding people does not change the price.

Yes. LeanSuite pulls KPI data on a schedule from Excel on OneDrive and SharePoint and from Google Sheets, accepts a CSV upload with column mapping, and shows Power BI and Looker Studio reports embedded on a board. Custom integrations go through our JSON REST API.
Yes. LeanSuite has a SOC 2 Type 1 report, meaning its security controls have been independently audited, and your data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure.
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. You can ask to have it hosted in a specific region, for example the United States or Europe.
You do. If you leave LeanSuite, you can export all your operational data, project history and training records, and we will never sell your data to third parties.
All paid plans include email and phone support, with critical issues answered within 24 hours under our service agreement, and an online Help Center with video tutorials.
