Every question is answered Yes, No or N/A. Each No is flagged and asks for a photo and a comment, so the finding arrives with its evidence.
Outside
- 1Doors and gaps are sealed and doors close properly
- 2Waste containers are closed and not overflowing
- 3There is no standing water, and the grounds are clear and tidy
- 4Bait stations are intact and in place
Inside
- 5There are no signs of pests (droppings, gnawing, nests)
- 6Electric fly killers work and are clean
- 7Traps are checked and the checks recorded
- 8Stored product is off the floor and away from walls
- 9Spills and food waste are cleaned up
Records
- 10The pest control contractor report is current
- 11Sightings are logged
- 12Corrective actions are closed
When to use it
- Once a week.
- The person responsible for the area or equipment answers each question on the spot.
- Each record starts with: Area or building.
How it is scored
The template is built with points per answer and a pass mark of 90. In this library every audit is set to pass at 80 and every inspection at 90. Each submitted inspection shows its score and pass or fail, and every No is flagged with its photo and comment.
