Buyer's guide
Best manufacturing KPI dashboard software
Short answer: Manufacturing KPI dashboards split by where the numbers come from. To take KPIs and OEE straight from machines, look at Evocon (a published price per machine), MachineMetrics (machine controls in discrete plants), Vorne XL (a one-time price per scoreboard) or Tulip, where engineers build their own dashboards and andon apps. To run tiered meetings on KPIs with action plans, look at Fabriq, Data Point or LeanSuite. LeanSuite does not connect to machines itself: it pulls KPIs from its own forms and audits, ERP and MES systems, Excel on SharePoint or OneDrive, Google Sheets or a CSV, flags a KPI as soon as it crosses its limit, rolls department KPIs up to the plant and company, and starts an action plan from the huddle board.
Who wrote this: LeanSuite publishes this guide, and LeanSuite is one of the seven products on it. It is listed first because it is our product; the others follow in alphabetical order, which is not a ranking. Every other product is described only from its own public pages, and each entry says where that product fits better than ours.

How we chose these tools
A manufacturing KPI dashboard shows numbers such as OEE, downtime, output against plan, scrap and safety on one screen, so the team can act during the shift instead of reading a report the next morning. The tools differ most in where the numbers come from: machine signals, operator entry, or the systems and spreadsheets a plant already has. Each product on this list meets all of these:
Shop floor KPIs
The vendor's own product pages sell KPI, production or daily management dashboards for manufacturing plants. General business intelligence tools are left out, though several tools here can sit next to one.
Built for manufacturing
Manufacturers are a main market for the product.
Still sold in 2026
A live product page with a way to buy, trial or book a demo. Where we found no dated 2026 release, our sources log says so.
Public information
Enough on the vendor's own pages to describe where its data comes from and what happens when a KPI misses. Where pricing or security is not published, the table says so.
Seven KPI dashboard tools: LeanSuite first, then alphabetical
1. LeanSuite
Lean manufacturing software whose KPI dashboards track each KPI against its target, with Red-Amber-Green ranges, KPI trees and live huddle boards. Data comes from LeanSuite forms, checklists and audits as they are submitted, from ERP and MES systems, on a schedule from Excel on SharePoint or OneDrive or from Google Sheets, from a CSV upload with one-time column mapping, or typed in during the huddle. A formula engine builds calculated KPIs such as cost per unit, department KPIs roll up to the plant and the company by sum or average, and the reasons behind each result are ranked in a Pareto chart. A KPI is flagged as soon as new data crosses a limit, and the team starts an action plan from it. KPIs sit on Lean Studio boards for tiered meetings, next to embedded Power BI or Looker Studio reports, and each role gets its own dashboard. One flat price per facility with unlimited users; a 90-day pilot costs $3,000 per facility.
Best for: Plants that want KPI dashboards tied to huddles and action plans, fed from the systems and spreadsheets they already use rather than a new machine monitoring project.
2. Data Point
A KPI and strategy deployment platform from Lean Transition Solutions. For plant KPIs it offers digital huddle and tier boards built on SQDCP-style frameworks, KPI bowling charts, OEE dashboards and team leader dashboards. Each KPI shows red, amber or green against its target, alerts fire when a KPI crosses a threshold, and goals cascade across levels with drill-down and roll-up. Data comes from existing Excel sheets, manual entry, or MES and ERP integrations. An off-target KPI is worked through a simple, 3C or 4C action plan with countermeasures. Other modules cover the Hoshin Kanri X Matrix, balanced scorecards and project tracking. It runs in a browser on desktop, tablet or phone. Pricing is by request for a quote. It states ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification and says it is SOC 2 compliant.
Best for: Teams that want plant KPI boards and countermeasure plans tied to strategy deployment, such as an X Matrix or balanced scorecard.
3. Evocon
A cloud OEE and production monitoring service. Its IIoT device reads machine signals from sensors, PLC outputs or HTTPS requests, and the data shows on a PC, tablet or TV on the shop floor, where operators record stop reasons. Views include a shift view, an OEE dashboard, a factory overview, reports and checklists, with lines tracked against targets and alerts on higher plans. The Enterprise package adds multi-factory benchmarking, standard loss reasons across factories and a Power BI integration, and an AI Analyst is in beta on the Professional and Enterprise plans. It publishes pricing per machine, billed annually, with unlimited users: Basic $219, Professional $289 and Enterprise $379 a month on a one-year term (less on three years), plus $24 a month for the IIoT device. It was recertified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and hosts on AWS in Europe.
Best for: Plants that want automatic OEE and downtime dashboards on shop floor screens at a published price per machine.
4. Fabriq
A digital shop floor management platform for tier 1 to tier 4 meetings on SQCDP boards, where each KPI shows target against actual with drill-down by line, shift and site. Its Dynamic Indicators build a KPI tree that consolidates values from team to executive level. KPIs are entered by hand or update from MES, ERP or data warehouses through its API, Zapier or Power Automate, and Power BI or Tableau charts can be embedded; OEE comes from the MES. A performance gap opens a ticket and action plan in one click, AI Similar Tickets finds past fixes, and dashboard templates are set centrally and pushed to every site. It has iOS and Android apps. Pricing is not published: the Standard plan is priced per site, billed annually, with single sign-on in Enterprise. Fabriq states it is ISO 27001 certified.
Best for: Multi-plant manufacturers that want one tier meeting standard pushed to every site, with KPI trees and action plans linked to each KPI.
5. MachineMetrics
A machine data platform and MES for discrete manufacturers, based in Easthampton, Massachusetts. Data is read directly from machine controls, with sensors and IO adapters for older equipment, plus ERP data and operator input on tablets at each machine. OEE is worked out from machine schedules, ERP cycle standards and scrap. Users set thresholds on cycle time drift, missed part goals or downtime, and alerts go out by email, text or webhook, so they can land as tasks in another system. Dashboards run on desktops, tablets and TV displays, including a daily meeting dashboard, and multi-site views drill from enterprise to plant to machine. Max AI answers plain-language questions on live data. Pricing is not published. It describes itself as an ISO 27001 certified cloud system, with single sign-on through OpenID Connect.
Best for: Discrete and CNC shops that want KPIs and OEE taken straight from machine controls, compared from plant to enterprise.
6. Tulip
A no-code frontline operations platform. Its manufacturing dashboards combine operator entries, machine signals over OPC UA or MQTT, and ERP data in one data model, and OEE is calculated automatically. When a line stops or OEE drifts out of target, an automation can raise an andon-style alert and track the issue to resolution. A Digital Tier Board app suite in the Tulip Library shows safety, quality, performance and downtime in red and green against standards, and workspaces separate sites, lines or departments. Apps run on mobile devices, desktops, touchscreens and wearables. It publishes pricing per interface (device), billed annually with a 10-interface minimum: Essentials $100 and Professional $250 a month per interface; machine monitoring is an add-on. Tulip lists SOC 2 Type II and ISO 9001:2015, with single sign-on from the Professional plan.
Best for: Plants with process engineers who want to build their own KPI dashboards, tier board apps and andon workflows without code.
7. Vorne XL
A production monitoring appliance from Vorne Industries, in business since 1970. Each XL device takes sensor inputs and shows live KPIs, OEE and target counts on a built-in scoreboard, and the XL Display Viewer puts the scoreboard on any monitor or TV. Browser reports include more than 60 built-in reports and an andon view of every line, and email reports and text alerts flag line-down events and whether shifts hit target. Integration tools link XL to PLCs, ERP and an SQL database, with optional Power BI reporting. The free XL Sidekick app runs on iOS and Android. It publishes one-time prices with no recurring costs: XL Touch $4,990, XL HD+ $4,690 and XL810-1 $4,490. Data stays behind the customer's firewall. Security certifications are not published, and we found no dated 2026 release.
Best for: Plants that want a one-time-cost OEE scoreboard on each line, with data kept behind their own firewall and no subscription.

Where LeanSuite is different
This part is about our own product, so read it as LeanSuite's pitch; the entries above describe every other tool from its own pages. Each point links to the LeanSuite page that shows it.
A missed KPI starts an action plan
Set Red-Amber-Green ranges and whether up or down is good. A KPI is flagged as soon as new data crosses a limit, the team starts an action plan from it, and the same KPI shows on the huddle board.
KPI targets and alertsDepartment KPIs roll up on their own
Department KPIs roll up to the plant and the company automatically, by sum or average. The reasons behind each result are recorded and ranked in a Pareto chart, and each role gets its own dashboard.
KPI trees and roll-upThe board's numbers, from where they already live
KPIs are typed in during the huddle or pulled from LeanSuite forms, ERP, MES, Excel, Google Sheets or a CSV upload, and Power BI or Looker Studio reports can be embedded on the same board.
KPI DashboardsEscalate up, reply down
An item Tier 1 can't solve goes to the Tier 2 board with its photos, notes and history, and the answer is sent back down to the tier that raised it. Owners, due dates and reminders follow it to closure.
Tiered meetingsA 90-day pilot at a published price
$3,000 per facility for 90 days, with the first module live in under a week. Pricing is per facility with unlimited users.
