Buyer's guide
Best tiered meeting software
Short answer: Look at how each tool moves a problem between tiers and where the board's numbers come from. LeanSuite runs each tier on a live SQDCM board in Lean Studio, escalates with one click and sends the answer back down, with daily issues, audits and kaizen in the same platform. Fabriq, Poka, Tervene and EviView are built around tier 1 to 3 or 4 meetings with escalation, each with its own strengths: Fabriq is dedicated to lean daily management, Poka adds work instructions and skills, Tervene adds leader standard work and Gemba walks, and EviView adds shift handover for pharmaceutical and other regulated plants. iObeya and DigiLEAN put tier boards on digital visual management at published prices, Data Point is a UK huddle board and KPI tool, and KaiNexus runs tiered huddles inside a wider improvement program. One team with one whiteboard does not need software yet.
Who wrote this: LeanSuite publishes this guide, and LeanSuite is one of the nine products on it. It is listed first because it is our product; the others follow in alphabetical order, which is not a ranking. Every other product is described only from its own public pages, and each entry says where that product fits better than ours.

How we chose these tools
Tiered meeting software runs the cascade of short daily meetings, from the frontline team (tier 1) to area leaders (tier 2) and plant leadership (tier 3 and above), on shared digital boards instead of whiteboards. Each product on this list meets all of these:
Tiers are named
The vendor's own pages name tiered meetings, tier boards or tiered huddles, not only team meetings in general.
Problems move between tiers
An issue a team can't solve can go up to the next tier with its context, and actions carry an owner.
Numbers on the board
KPIs are shown on the board, entered in the meeting or pulled from other systems.
Still sold in 2026

Public information
Enough on the vendor's own pages to describe how its tier meetings work. Where pricing or security is not published, the table says so.
Nine tiered meeting tools: LeanSuite first, then alphabetical
1. LeanSuite
Lean manufacturing software where tiered meetings run on Lean Studio boards. Each tier, from the Tier 1 shift huddle to weekly or monthly plant and executive reviews, has its own board with live SQDCM metrics. The team types the day's KPI values in during the huddle, a meeting timer keeps Tier 1 within its 10 to 15 minute target, and live notes and an automatic shift handover carry context to the next shift. Clicking a red KPI creates an action with an owner and due date without leaving the meeting, and an item Tier 1 can't solve is escalated to the Tier 2 board with its photos, notes and history; the answer can be sent back down. Boards are grid or freeform, with 30 ready-made lean board templates, can be copied to other plants and scheduled on the calendar, and can show Daily Standard Work and audit results next to the KPIs. KPI values can come from LeanSuite forms, ERP, MES, Excel, Google Sheets or a CSV upload, and Power BI or Looker Studio reports can be embedded on the board. Daily Issue Management, audits and Kaizen & Projects are in the same platform. One flat price per facility with unlimited users; a 90-day pilot costs $3,000 per facility.
Best for: Plants that want tier meetings, escalation, daily issues, standard work and kaizen on the same live data, ready to use.
2. Data Point
Lean daily management software from Lean Transition Solutions in Worcestershire, England. Its digital huddle boards adapt tier boards to each level or department, show SQDCP metrics with task assignments on the board, and connect to MES and ERP systems; its KPI tracking integrates with more than 100 data sources, and escalation flagging keeps a visible record of issues. Gemba walks, audits and inspections, an action tracker, 5 Whys, fishbone and PDCA problem solving and a project tracker are in the same product, in a browser that works on mobile. It states ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification and SOC 2 compliance. Pricing is not published.
Best for: Teams that want digital huddle boards and KPI tracking connected to many data sources.
3. DigiLEAN
An all-in-one lean management platform from DigiLEAN AS in Sandnes, Norway. Its daily management boards support SQCDP, SQDIP, SQDC and other layouts, pull live data from ERP, CRM, MES, Excel, SQL and other sources, and let every board create and track actions with owners, due dates and reminders; its guide to tier meetings describes issues moving from Tier 1 to Tier 2 boards without losing context. Improvements, incidents, A3, projects, learning and strategy are other modules, with iOS and Android apps and Microsoft Teams. It is ISO/IEC 27001 certified and hosted on Microsoft Azure. It publishes pricing, billed annually: Standard €13.50 and Professional €17 per user a month (single sign-on is on Professional), light mobile-only users €4.50, plus a required startup fee.
Best for: Teams that want interactive tier boards with live data at a published per-user price.
4. EviView
Connected worker software from EviView in Cork, Ireland, founded in 2015, with a strong base in pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing. Its tier boards align Tier 1 to 4 meetings around standard review flows, integrate with MES, ERP and QMS systems, and move unresolved items up the tiers with clear ownership and action tracking; Tier 4 compares sites for executives. Shift handover, checklists and routines, actions and escalations, forms and workflows, audits, 8D problem solving and EHS are other modules, with AI-powered analytics. It is ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified and supports single sign-on. Pricing is not published.
Best for: Regulated plants that want tier meetings tied to shift handover, routines and escalation.
5. Fabriq
A lean daily management platform for manufacturing, founded in 2019 in Paris, which raised $25 million in 2025. Teams run tier meetings from a screen everyone can see, from tier 1 to tier 4, with live KPIs, current issues and open actions on one screen; a problem that needs leadership attention is escalated up the tiers, and actions get an owner and a date and can be viewed as a Kanban board, a workload chart or a delay report. Tickets and action plans, routines and checklists, 8D and 5 Whys problem solving, plant tours, performance indicators and AI that finds similar tickets are other features, with a mobile app and integrations with ERP, MES, CMMS and BI tools. It holds ISO 27001 certification. Its pricing page names three plans without figures: Standard is priced per site and billed annually, and single sign-on comes with Enterprise.
Best for: Multi-site manufacturers that want a dedicated tier meeting and lean daily management system.
6. iObeya
A digital Obeya and visual management platform. It links Tier 1, 2 and 3 reviews to live KPIs, issue boards and escalation workflows, consolidates and escalates SQCDP data in real time with KPI roll-ups and alerts, and pulls data from ERP, MES and BI systems such as SAP and Oracle, as well as Excel and Power BI. A3, Hoshin Kanri, kaizen and skills matrix board templates and a Gemba Walk Assistant sit in the same visual system, with 2026 releases in February, March and June. It runs as SaaS or on-premises, states ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification and supports SAML single sign-on. Team+ is published at €3,780 per room per year; Enterprise is quoted.
Best for: Operations teams that run tier reviews and Obeya rooms on visual boards.
7. KaiNexus
Continuous improvement software founded in 2009. Its daily management software gives tiered huddles a central hub for huddle information, with Done, Doing and To Do boards filtered by location, and an issue found on a Gemba walk can become a huddle topic or an improvement project. Wallboards (read-only screens around the site) and milestones and escalation are paid add-ons. Ideas, projects, problem solving, KPI charts and strategy deployment are in the same platform, and KaiNexus Intelligence summarizes records and coaches root cause analysis. It publishes a 2026 SOC 2 Type 2 report on its trust site, supports SAML 2.0 single sign-on and has iOS and Android apps. Pricing is quoted.
Best for: Organizations that run tiered huddles as part of a wider improvement program, in healthcare as well as manufacturing.
8. Poka
A connected worker platform owned by IFS. Its huddle boards run Tier 1 (operators and shift leads), Tier 2 (supervisors and cross-functional leads) and Tier 3 (plant leadership) meetings on auto-refreshing safety, quality, delivery, cost and people dashboards, synced with MES, ERP, QMS and EAM or CMMS systems, on shop-floor TVs, tablets or PCs, with standardized meeting agendas across sites and AI summaries of what changed. Issues pass between tiers onto a central Kanban action board. Issues management, forms and checklists, skills management, learning and digital work instructions are other modules. It is SOC 2 Type 2 compliant, supports SAML single sign-on and SCIM, and is hosted on AWS in the United States, Canada or Germany. Pricing is not published.
Best for: Large manufacturers that want tier meetings in the same platform as work instructions, skills and training.
9. Tervene
Connected leader software founded in 2015. It runs tiered meetings at Tier 1, 2 and 3 with a shared agenda and action tracking, from templates for daily huddles, shift handovers, KPI reviews and EHS meetings, tracking safety, quality, cost, delivery and people, and escalates information across the levels of management. Dashboards and KPIs from Power BI, Tableau, Excel and Looker Studio can be embedded. Leader standard work, Gemba walks, audits and inspections including layered process audits, visual management, problem solving and idea capture are in the same platform, on smartphones, tablets and desktops. It holds ISO 27001:2022 certification, offers a SOC 2 Type II report on request and supports SSO and two-factor authentication. Pricing is quoted by users and sites.
Best for: Plants whose tier meetings run alongside leader standard work and Gemba walks.

Where LeanSuite is different
This part is about our own product, so read it as LeanSuite's pitch; the entries above describe every other tool from its own pages. Each point links to the LeanSuite page that shows it.
Escalate up, reply down
An item Tier 1 can't solve goes to the Tier 2 board with its photos, notes and history, and the answer is sent back down to the tier that raised it. Owners, due dates and reminders follow it to closure.
Tiered meetingsThe board's numbers, from where they already live
KPIs are typed in during the huddle or pulled from LeanSuite forms, ERP, MES, Excel, Google Sheets or a CSV upload, and Power BI or Looker Studio reports can be embedded on the same board.
KPI DashboardsStandard work that shows when it is missed
Daily Standard Work assigns a checklist to a person, a role or a machine and repeats it every shift, daily, weekly or monthly. Missed checks show in red, and a failed check can raise a tag automatically.
Checklists and Daily Standard WorkImprovement next to the daily work
Issues, audits, tiered meetings, skills and training sit in the same platform. A failed audit question can become a new kaizen, and when you launch a kaizen or engineering project you see who has the skills it needs.
How the modules connectA 90-day pilot at a published price
