Kaizen principles poster
Kaizen is the lean practice of continuous improvement: small, frequent changes made by the people who do the work. This poster sets out six principles (go to the gemba, facts not opinions, fix the process, small steps now, standardize then improve, everyone takes part) and the four steps to a first improvement, for idea boards and team areas.

Which size to print
- 24 x 36 in or A2: a main wall or team board, read from a few metres away.
- 18 x 24 in or A3: a station or notice board. The A3 file also fits 11 x 17 in paper.
